Summary
After transitioning from an inventory management system, we discovered the challenges of managing an ecommerce store, particularly with the majority of sales in Latam (70%) coming from alternative sales channels like messaging apps. This made us realize that the problem was more significant than we initially thought, and there are thousands of SMBs losing sales and unable to grow. We decided to fix the problem to help all of the businesses that struggle to sell online.
