Sojern will incorporate VenueLytics’ capabilities as an extension of the Sojern Travel Marketing Platform.

Deeptech battery swap startup RACEnergy has raised $3 Mn in a Pre Series A, debt and equity round led by growX ventures. The round also saw participation from Micelio Mobility, Huddle, and angel investors. With the fresh capital, RACEnergy wants to focus on developing its battery-swapping technology and building new facilities to support its growing operations.

Galaxeye

Suyash Singh, the CEO of Galaxeye, a company accelerated by FalconX, has gained recognition as one of Fortune’s 40 under 40. Currently, India faces a shortfall in indigenously developed imaging radar technology, relying heavily on importing designs and technology transfers from Israel and friendly Western nations to meet its satellite imagery requirements. Galaxeye intends to address this issue by focusing on the development of imaging radar technology within India.

Spintly closed deals with WeWork and Brookfield properties to deploy solution across many locations. They also won OEM contract with Honeywell to white label all Spintly products and solutions under the Honeywell brand and distribute globally.

Qualitas Technologies successfully concluded it’s first Preferred Partner Training in it’s offices in Bangalore! The conversational commerce company already has Meta as a business partner and has developed a customer relationship management tool that provides customizable columns and sales funnel automation.

Tetrate’s Brooklyn update to its distribution of the open source Istio service mesh automates deployment of security policies.In addition, high availability has now been extended across clusters, regions and clouds running the Tetrate Service Bridge (TSB) with no manual intervention required. Finally, the company is making available a set of best practices for deploying TSB and has hardened the platform for use in production environments.
