Summary
Qualitas Technologies automates visual inspection in manufacturing using Computer Vision and AI.
My father had an Industrial Automation Trading company which got me exposed to the Industry. Being fascinated by Computer Vision since early in my academics and career, the challenge that there was no single Indian product company that operated in this space excited me and motivated to start Qualitas. I want to build something from India, which competed at the global level.
Problem
Quality Control in Manufacturing is mostly a manual process and is repetitive.
Solution
In our early days we system integrated solutions using 3rd party products (HW and SW). Over time we developed our own software platform which we use to develop our solutions. We partner with hardware automation companies and offer a complete turnkey solution to customers.
