No one could built a successful private alternate to Google. Around 2017 it became clear that ML models are intelligent enough to locate answers to questions asked, we wanted to leverage this wave and improve knowledge access outcomes.
Problem
Mission critical ops like L2 customer support and customer relations in Banking/Insurance/SaaS requires strong awareness of all the product offerings to help customers with their issues. A lot of this knowledge is usually locked under haystacks of siloed documents, knowledge bases, training videos and chats.
